Until official names ship, desks split into Rare printers and everything else. This page is that split with placement notes so the main tier list can stay mixed with passes.
S: Rare streaming stations
Rolled from the Blue Cheese Crate. Tens of thousands of Cash per second according to the August 2026 code coverage. Multi-monitor black desks in live plots are the visual stand-in. Place them indoor, keep them through boosts, never Sell them. Crate rules are how you get another.
A: Extra Rares and event desks
A second Rare is A only because tiles are limited. Two printers beat one. Event desks that print belong here until we measure them. If BACKROOMS ships a themed station, treat it as A or S based on Cash movement, not the wallpaper.
B: Starter two-monitor whites
The white dual-monitor table in screenshots is a fine first surface and a poor endgame. Keep it until a Rare lands, then move it to a side tile or Sell if it blocks crates. It is not trash. It is just not the goal.
C: Common stacks
x40 and x75 icons. Floor spam. Place one if Index needs it, dump the rest. Decor that looks like a desk but does not move Cash also sits here. If you are unsure, watch the bottom-left meter for ten seconds. No movement, not a printer.
